    Accessibility to the hotel is problematic due to a lack of parking!!! The check-in experience felt unprofessional with damage in the room not being addressed beforehand!!!

    Modernized property, has genuinely friendly and absolutely excellent staff like "something a staff member should do ". Amazing location within walking distance of Victoria Park. Also, to the Toronto Christmas market. A huge variety of outstanding food at breakfast time.

    Great accommodation! Very centrally located, super friendly staff, small but nice room, very clean, chic new bathroom, good mattresses, fast WLAN The public areas of the hotel are very attractively furnished. Delicious breakfast (a la carte). Absolutely recommendable!

    I really enjoyed staff and atmosphere in the hotel, they were ideal. New-fashioned room facing city. The check in was early, the staff was accommodating and efficient. You could leave a car onsite. The restaurant was good for dinner.

    The historic atmosphere impressed me right away. The staff were attentive and responsive, providing excellent local recommendations. My King Room was elegantly modern but retained its charm. I enjoyed the breakfast options, diverse and delicious.

    The checkout system went down during my departure, causing a little frustration.

    Stayed at jdV by hyatt for a night and loved the king room with accessible shower. The bed was super comfy, and the coffee options were excellent. It's close to waterloo.

    Had a lovely two-night stay where I checked in early and was pleasantly surprised by the delicious braised ribs at dinner. I also enjoyed the relaxing spa services they offered after a long day.
